About Me
James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He is a product of the Seminole County Public School System and graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Master’s Degree Suma Cum Laude. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying, selling, and managing his family real estate investment portfolio. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership while at the same time wanting to scale property management operations.
Over the years, James has helped hundreds of families and investors buy, sell, and lease both residential and commercial properties. James now is a Broker who leverages his more than 20 years in the business to provide full-service property management services that encompass marketing properties, performing thorough tenant screenings, coordinating maintenance repairs, and much more.
In addition to the years of experience he has, one of James’s key strengths that serves his customers well is that fact that he’s a Professional Real Estate Photographer, Videographer, Graphic Designer, and Web Designer who uses these skills to help market all of CENTUR 21 Alton Clark properties. As a result, CENTURY 21 Alton Clark Property Management now has a full time in house marketing department to help provide first class marketing support to all our clients.
